We strive to offer outdoor adventure options that are inclusive so that anyone with any ability can experience our awesome days out on the Mornington Peninsula.

Food & drink:

  • Do the meals you provide on your tours cater for dietary requirements?
    • All of the meals we provide are vegetarian with produce from local growers and makers to reduce our environmental impact. We cater for a variety of dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free. Please note if you are celiac, meals are prepared in kitchens that do contain gluten.

General Accessibility information:

  • Does your vehicle have wheelchair access?
    • Unfortunately not. If you are a wheelchair user, we arrange to meet you at the location of the activity, this would be on a private tour so that we can make specific arrangements to suit your requirements.
  • How accessible are your regular small group tours?
    • Limited mobility – all of our tours include a range of outdoor activities which may include hiking on trails and up/down steps, rock scrambling, beach and ocean access. Therefore these may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. However, we do have private tour options available. Please contact us for more information.
    • Visually impaired – all of our tours include a range of outdoor activities which may include hiking on trails and up/down steps, rock scrambling, beach and ocean access. Therefore these may not be suitable for anyone with blindness or low vision. However, we do have private tour options available. Please contact us for more information.
    • Hearing impaired – all of our guided tours include our qualified guides who provide verbal information, stories and history throughout the day. We can also provide this information in a readable version for those with any sort of hearing impairment. Please note some of our activities do include ocean based actvitie like stand up paddleboarding and snorkelling which do require participants to follow verbal instructions throughout for their own safety and safety of others. These may not be suitable for anyone who is hard of hearing or deafness. However, we do have private tour options available. Please contact us for more information.
    • Sensory sensitivities – please contact us if you have sensory sensitivities or neurological processing difficulties, so we can provide full information on our different activities so you can decide if they are suitable. We also have private tours available where we can plan a bespoke experience to suit your requirements.
  • What accessible private tour experiences do you have available?
    • We have a range of experiences we have created that may be suitable. These include stand-up paddleboarding from an accessible friendly beach during the warmer months (November to April), to guided tours along beautiful accessible friendly nature trails, to whale watching from land during the cooler months (June to October). Please contact us for more information or to discuss your specific requirements.

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) Accessibility Information:

Our inflatable Stand Up Paddleboards are extremely stable. They are extremely versatile so if you have difficulty standing they are suitable to sit or kneel on.

  • How do you keep me safe?
    • We schedule your SUP experience at the most suitable location and time of the day depending on the wind and tide of the ocean. We talk to you before the day about your needs and what you would like and if needed we have extra SUP instructors available to give you the best and safest experience on the water.
  • Is there wheelchair access to the beach?
    • Yes. There are several beaches on the Mornington Peninsula that have wheelchair access. Mothers Beach in Mornington has ramps leading from the carpark to the beach and a wheelchair beach matting provided to get you to the water. Beach matting for accessibility is available daily between November and May at Mothers Beach. More information on accessible beaches on the Mornington Peninsula can be found here.
  • Is there a beach wheelchair available?
    • No. We do not have a beach wheelchair available.
  • Is there access to disabled toilets?
    • Yes. There are disabled toilets available right by the beach.
  • Is there accessible parking nearby?
    • Yes. There is disabled parking available in the car park next to Mothers Beach. See map below:
