Hat, sunglasses, camera, enclosed shoes for land activities and/or shoes that can get wet for water based activities (or bring sandals/flips flops/jandals/thongs). No special clothes are required, just dress appropriately for the activities and weather and bring a change of clothes for the trip home, warm clothes and rain jacket just in case. For SUP, we will also have dry bags that you can use to store any small personal items.

For our Wild Melbourne Sunrise Wildlife Adventure, we pick you up from Melbourne CBD (city centre).

Yes, but you do need to be able to swim! Our adventures are suitable for beginners to experienced paddlers. We provide the very best stable inflatable SUP’s and experienced guides to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Our guides will also give you a short lesson of standup paddling techniques at the beginning of your adventure.

Warmer weather Adventures: Oct-April

Our Wild Melbourne Sunrise Wildlife Adventure is relaxed and an easy paddle and the mountain biking is along easy to moderate tracks so suitable for all fitness levels. It is perfect if you have never paddled before or if you are unsure of your fitness for a full-day adventure.

On our full-day adventure, to enjoy your adventure, we recommend you have a moderate fitness level. If you occasionally play sport, walk or are somewhat active, you will love the day. Our Peninsula Paddle, Pinot & Pools includes Stand Up Paddleboarding in the ocean, as well as hiking along coastal nature trails to a breathtaking beach, with a break for lunch between locations.

Cooler Weather Adventures: June-Sept

Our Hot Springs Hikes & Humpbacks Adventure includes yoga at the Hot Springs as well as hiking along coastal nature trails to a breathtaking beach, with a break for lunch and whale spotting.

All Year Round Adventures:

For our Thrills Hills & Distills Adventure, you will enjoy mountain biking in Arthurs Seat National Park with trails for all levels. A moderate level of fitness is recommended to enjoy the day best.

Please contact us if you have a physical disability or mental health issue to see if we are able to cater for you. Our adventure vehicles are not suitable or accessible for wheelchairs. We will also be able to provide further specific adventure information.

You must be able to swim to join our warmer weather adventures. All of our warmer weather adventures do involve a water-based activity.

You must be able to ride a bike to join any of our adventures including mountain biking (Thrills Hills & Distills and Wild Melbourne Sunrise Wildlife Adventure)

It depends on your balance! Our aim is to give you techniques when standup paddle boarding so you don’t get wet but part of the practice is falling off so be prepared. We’ll provide the life jackets to help keep you warm and afloat but please bring your own swimwear!

You may also get wet if it is very windy or raining. We recommend you bring a change of clothes to change into after the adventure.

All of our regular adventures have a minimum age requirement of 16 to participate on our adventures.

We can offer Private Adventures for adults with children over 12 so please contact us to enquire.

Your safety is of utmost importance to us and we also want you to enjoy your adventure experience with us. We will check the weather forecast the night before your adventure and if the forecast is not favourable for a safe and/or enjoyable experience we will contact you. If we do need to cancel, you will be given the option of a full refund or to reschedule to another day and/or adventure.

For our water based activities, if your camera is waterproof, bring it along. We do have dry bags and you are also welcome to bring your non-waterproof camera, but please note we do not take responsibility for any water damage to your camera.

All of our adventures include wildlife viewing so a camera with a good zoom is recommended.

On all our adventures we carry the following safety equipment:

  • Bike repair kits

If you cancel a trip booking at least 7 days before the trip, we will provide you with your choice of a refund of any trip fares already paid, or a credit note for a future trip. No refund will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the trip date, however, we will allow you to transfer that trip booking into another person’s name. A $25 administrative fee will apply to all booking changes within 7 days of departure.
